AmaraWealth Private Limited ("AmaraWealth") makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any Platform Content for any particular purpose.

2. Not Personalized Investment Advice

AmaraWealth is a technology platform provider. We build and license wealth management infrastructure to regulated financial institutions, distributors, and advisors. The Platform enables those licensed entities to deliver regulated investment services to their clients.

AmaraWealth itself does not:

• Provide personalized investment advice directly to retail investors
• Act as an Investment Adviser (IA) as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013

6. Regulatory Status

amara.ai Ltd ("AmaraWealth") is a technology company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE. It is not registered as an Investment Adviser or Portfolio Manager with SEBI. Partner institutions using the AmaraWealth platform to distribute investment products must hold appropriate regulatory registrations (AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor ARN, SEBI Investment Adviser registration, DFSA authorisation, or equivalent) and operate in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Mutual fund products referenced on this Platform are distributed by AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributors. All transactions in mutual funds are executed through SEBI-regulated market infrastructure.

7. NRI-Specific Disclosures

NRI (Non-Resident Indian) investors should note that investment in Indian securities is subject to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, RBI master circulars, and specific conditions applicable to NRI/NRO/NRE accounts. Repatriation of investment proceeds is subject to applicable FEMA rules and may require documentary compliance. Tax treaty benefits, TDS implications, and double taxation agreements vary by country of residence. AmaraWealth's platform includes AI and machine learning tools that generate behavioural nudges, portfolio suggestions, goal projections, and analytics ("AI Insights"). These AI Insights:

• Are generated based on algorithmic processing of available data and user inputs
• Are not personalized investment advice and do not account for all individual circumstances
• May contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
• Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision

AI projections and goal calculators use assumptions (e.g., expected returns, inflation rates) that may not materialize. Actual outcomes may differ materially from projections.

9. Accuracy and Currency of Information

Platform Content is subject to change without notice. While AmaraWealth makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we do not warrant that the Platform Content is complete, current, or error-free. AmaraWealth accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on Platform Content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

NAVs and price data are typically sourced from AMFI/RTA feeds and may be T+1 or subject to cut-off time processing. Always verify current NAVs directly with the AMC or AMFI before transacting.
